We suggest avoiding large, heavy meals or high amounts of caffeine for 1 to 2 hours before your appointment. Being overly full or heavily caffeinated can make it more difficult for your nervous system to fully settle into a deeply relaxed state.

While our sessions are gentle, deeply relaxing, and completely non-invasive, the acoustic frequencies interact physically with the body. Because of this, certain medical devices and health conditions mean the experience is not suitable for everyone.

This treatment is strictly unsuitable for anyone who is pregnant at any stage. It is also contraindicated for individuals with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or a history of severe epilepsy and seizures triggered by vibration or sound.
